What we collect
This site (svatantra.ai) is a marketing site. The only personal information collected is what you submit through the waitlist or by emailing us - typically email address, role, and sector interest. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) are generated by hosting infrastructure but are not used to profile or identify you.
How we use it
To notify you when the platform opens, to respond to inquiries, and to understand which sectors and roles are most interested in early access. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing purposes. We do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site (form handling, email hosting, content delivery). They process your information only on our instructions, under their own privacy terms.
Where we store it
Your information is processed in the United States. If you are outside the US, the data protection rules in your country may differ from those that apply where the data is processed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these, email privacy@svatantra.ai.
Retention
Waitlist information is retained until launch, your deletion request, or a reasonable period thereafter - whichever is shortest.

This site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. Operational cookies may be set by the hosting and form-handling services strictly to deliver the site and process submissions. When the platform opens, we will introduce a consent mechanism for any optional cookies.

This site is intended for professional users and not directed at anyone under 18.
