Every signal comes from official government publications. Federal procurement portals, parliamentary records, regulatory dockets, ministerial press offices, multilateral approval systems, sovereign wealth fund disclosures. All sources are public and put their material on the open record. We don't aggregate paywalled or proprietary data, and we don't try to predict signals before they're public.

The classification and intelligence layers use language models on the signal side, turning unstructured government text into structured records and plain-English briefs. Scoring and calibration are deterministic computation against historical outcomes, not generative output. We do not train models on customer data. What you save, query, or mark inside the platform stays inside your account.

Scores are calibrated against over 50,000 confirmed historical outcomes drawn from contract awards, grant disbursements, and regulatory enforcement records across the markets we cover. Each prediction shows the sample size and confidence band behind it, and methodology is disclosed inside every output. The platform never claims certainty. It reports probability with the precedent count behind it. As more outcomes confirm, calibration tightens.

Yes. The US, UK, EU, and Australia have the deepest signal density today because their public sectors publish the most structurally and have done so for decades. India, Israel, Japan, Korea, and the Gulf are well covered for federal-level signals, but sub-national depth is shallower. Coverage in every market continues to deepen as historical archives are backfilled and new sources are added.

If your sector is named on the platform overview, yes. Every tier launches with the full taxonomy, daily ingestion, and historical archive intact for your selected sectors. All paid customers configure their sector mix at signup.

Three channels. A daily digest email tuned to your sectors and markets. An in-platform dashboard with full signal search, filters, and data visualisations including Sankey diagrams, nodal network maps, time-axis charts, and capital-flow plots. Configurable alerts on signals matching your saved criteria.

Each tier has a fixed seat count. Professional is single-seat, Growth includes 2 seats, Enterprise includes 5, Government is custom. Seats are individual user logins, not shared credentials. Additional seats and SSO are available at Enterprise and above and discussed during onboarding.

Yes. Tier upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from inside the platform with no email back-and-forth required. Charter is the one exception. That status is locked at signup for the first 10 customers and cannot be added later.

The platform processes only public-domain government data and standard customer account information. We are GDPR-aligned for customer data, with a Data Processing Agreement to be made available before any EU customer onboards. Customer queries, saved signals, and configurations are private to each account by default.

The Government tier supports bespoke deployment, contracted SLAs, and signal exclusivity arrangements. Specifics are scoped on a call.
